Entrepreneurship Fundamentals is a non-credit course designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners with the practical skills needed to start, manage, and grow a successful business.This course blends foundational entrepreneurship concepts with applied business skills. Participants move from idea validation to execution while gaining hands-on experience in four core areas essential to business success: financial management using QuickBooks, establishing a legal business structure, marketing and social media strategy, and developing a comprehensive business plan supported by basic pro forma financial projections.The course emphasizes real-world application, compliance, financial organization, customer engagement, and strategic planning. Participants will leave with tangible tools and documents to support business launch or formalization.
